These tools, made in soft plastic material, are a very good alternative to the classic and traditional rigid dumbbells.
Unlike the rigid dumbbells, Heavyball and Heavyblock do not represent a danger for the user if they accidentally hit a part of the body.
Furthermore they can be used either with hands or feet and are easily filled with water or sand to change their weight: HEAVYBLOCK weight gr. 1.000 up to gr. 5.000 – HEAVYBALL weight gr. 900 up to gr. 3.000.
Each pair comes with a useful guidebook of exercises in 5 languages.
